Registration & Account

Registration at 899bet is free and takes less than 2 minutes. Go to the Sign Up, fill in the form with your full name, CPF, date of birth, email, and phone number, set a password, and confirm your email via the link sent automatically. Once confirmed, your account is ready for deposits and bets. You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid CPF as a Brazilian resident.

No. Each CPF can only have one active account on 899bet. Creating multiple accounts violates the Terms and Conditions and results in all duplicate accounts being blocked, including their balances. If you've forgotten your password or are having trouble accessing your existing account, contact support — they'll locate your account by CPF and help you recover access without needing to create a new one.

Document submission is not required at sign-up. You can create an account and make deposits without it. However, identity verification — by submitting a national ID or driver's license and proof of address — is required to process withdrawals above a certain amount. We recommend completing verification right after registration so there are no restrictions when you want to withdraw your winnings. The process is straightforward: go to My Account → Verification, upload photos of your documents, and allow up to 24 hours for review.

To update the email or phone number on your 899bet, contact support via live chat providing your CPF, full name, and the new detail you want to register. For security purposes, the change may require identity confirmation with document submission. We recommend keeping your email address up to date — it is the primary channel for withdrawal confirmations, security alerts, and password recovery.

On the login screen of 899bet, click "Forgot my password" and enter the email address on your account. You'll receive a reset link by email — usually within 2 minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder. Click the link, set a new password, and log in as normal. If you don't remember which email you used when signing up, contact support with your CPF and full name so the team can locate your account.

Yes. 899bet 899bet works directly through your mobile browser — Chrome, Safari, or any browser on Android or iPhone. No app download required. The mobile experience is designed to be just as complete as on desktop: live betting, high-definition casino, crash games, Pix deposits and withdrawals — all available on your phone screen. For quicker access, you can add the page to your device's home screen as a shortcut.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit at 899bet is R$ 20.00. The fastest method is Pix — balance confirmed in seconds, 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. We also accept boleto bancário, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Elo), PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other banks. All transactions are processed in BRL — no currency conversion, no hidden fees.

With Pix, your balance appears in your 899bet in seconds — typically under 30 seconds after payment. The process is fully automatic: generate the Pix key in the deposits section, pay through your bank's app (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and others), and the credit is confirmed instantly. If your balance hasn't updated within 5 minutes for any reason, contact support via live chat with your Pix receipt.

To withdraw at 899bet, go to My Account → Withdrawals, select your method, and enter the amount. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 50.00. Pix is the fastest option — processed within 10 minutes of your request. Withdrawals are only made to accounts matching the CPF used at registration, protecting you from unauthorized transfers. If you haven't completed identity verification yet, you may be asked to submit documents before your first high-value withdrawal is processed.

No. Under the security policy of 899bet, withdrawals are processed exclusively to accounts linked to the same CPF registered on the profile. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted, regardless of the withdrawal method. This rule exists to protect users against fraud and unauthorized access attempts. If your primary Pix key is not associated with your CPF, you can use another Pix key — mobile number or email — as long as it is registered on your 899bet account under your CPF.

Boleto bancário has a clearing time of up to 3 business days after payment — this is the standard Brazilian banking system timeline, not a deadline specific to 899bet. If more than 3 business days have passed since payment and the balance still hasn't appeared, contact 899bet support via live chat and send your boleto payment receipt. The team will check the payment status and, if confirmed, manually credit the balance.

The 899bet does not publicly disclose maximum withdrawal limits, as they vary based on account verification level, payment method, and user history. Fully verified accounts generally have higher limits. For large withdrawals, we recommend contacting support via live chat in advance to confirm your available limit and ensure your account is fully verified, avoiding any processing delays.

Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus at 899bet is automatically activated on the first deposit after registration. The bonus amount corresponds to a percentage of the deposit — up to the limit stated in the current promotion. The bonus balance is held in a separate wallet from your real balance. To convert the bonus into a withdrawable real balance, you must meet the rollover requirement specified in the promotion. Full terms are shown before activation — read them carefully so you know what you're agreeing to before depositing.

Rollover — also called a wagering requirement — is the total amount you need to bet in order to convert your bonus balance into real, withdrawable funds. For example: if you received R$ 100.00 in bonus funds with a 10x rollover, you need to place bets totaling R$ 1,000.00 before the bonus converts to real balance. The bets that count toward the rollover vary by promotion — typically Sports Betting wagers with minimum odds and bets on specific casino games. Your rollover progress is visible in the bonus section of your account.

No. The bonus balance at 899bet cannot be withdrawn directly — it must first be converted into real-money balance by meeting the rollover requirement specified in the promotion. Only your real-money balance (in the main wallet) is eligible for withdrawal. If you request a withdrawal before completing the rollover, any pending bonus balance is automatically cancelled and only your available real-money balance is processed. For this reason, it's important to read the promotion terms before activating a bonus.

Yes. In addition to the welcome bonus, 899bet offers recurring promotions for active users: cashback on losing bets, slots tournaments with real cash prizes, free bets on major event dates (Libertadores finals, Copa do Brasil, UFC cards in Brazil), reload bonuses, and special offers for loyalty program members. Current promotions are available in the Promotions section of your account after logging in.

Each promotion at 899bet has an expiry date for use and rollover completion. Once expired, any unused bonus balance is automatically cancelled and cannot be recovered. To avoid losing a bonus, always check the expiry date in the bonuses section of your account as soon as you receive the promotion. If you have questions about the deadline for a specific promotion, contact support before the expiry date.

Sports Betting

The 899bet covers a wide range of sports and competitions, with a focus on the Brazilian market. In football, you can bet on the Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and the major European leagues. There are also markets for UFC and MMA, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, tennis, e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, League of Legends), Formula 1, and much more. Live betting is available for major events, with odds updated in real time.

Cash out is a feature that lets you settle a bet before the final result of the event — locking in a partial profit or cutting your losses, depending on how the match is unfolding. At 899bet, cash out is available on selected bets — both pre-match and live. The cash out amount is calculated automatically in real time based on the current odds of the event. To check whether a bet is eligible for cash out, go to My Bets and look for the "Cash Out" button on the corresponding bet.

A parlay bet — also known as a multi or accumulator — lets you combine two or more selections from different events on a single bet slip. The odds of each selection are multiplied together, increasing the potential return. To win the parlay, every selection must be correct. At 899bet, you build the parlay by adding selections to your bet slip and the platform automatically calculates the combined odds and potential return before you confirm the bet.

When an event is cancelled, postponed, or suspended in a way that 899bet cannot process the result, all bets are voided and the staked amount is returned in full to the account's real-money balance — with no additions or deductions. In accumulator bets, if one leg is voided, that selection is removed from the slip and the odds are recalculated using the remaining selections. The refund process is automatic and typically completes within a few hours of the official cancellation or postponement decision.

The minimum bet at 899bet varies by market, but generally starts at R$ 1.00 for most sports events. The maximum stake per bet depends on the sport, competition, specific market, and account profile — and is calculated automatically by the platform when you build your slip. If you'd like to place bets above the displayed limit, contact support to explore possible adjustments based on your betting history.

Casino & Games

The 899bet offers a full casino with hundreds of options: slots from major providers like Pragmatic Play, Evolution, PG Soft, and Hacksaw; European, American, and French roulette; classic blackjack and variants; baccarat; poker; crash games like Aviator and Spaceman; and a live casino with real dealers streamed in high definition 24 hours a day. Casino game bets start from R$ 1.00 — accessible for every type of player.

In crash games at 899bet — such as Aviator and Spaceman — a figure (plane, astronaut) takes off and a multiplier grows in real time. You place your bet before the round starts and choose the right moment to cash out — the longer you wait, the higher the multiplier, but if the figure "crashes" before you cash out, you lose the bet. The mechanic is simple and fast — each round lasts just a few seconds. Crash games use Provably Fair technology, which allows anyone to independently verify the randomness of each outcome.

Yes. The Live Casino at 899bet features real dealers available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including weekends and holidays. Roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and live poker tables run continuously, with varying bet limits to suit both casual players and high rollers. Streams are delivered in high definition with multi-camera options and live chat with dealers during play.

All slots available at 899bet are provided by certified providers and tested by independent laboratories for randomness and RTP (Return to Player). RTP varies by game — typically between 94% and 97% — and represents the average return over millions of rounds. This means the casino holds a mathematical edge in the long run. RTP information for each slot is available in the game rules, accessible before you start playing.

Account Security

The 899bet uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections — the same standard used by Brazil's largest banks, such as Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil. No access credentials are transmitted in plain text. Personal data handling complies with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). Withdrawals are processed exclusively to accounts registered under the same CPF as the profile, protecting against unauthorized transactions even if account access is compromised.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account at 899bet, contact support immediately via live chat — available 24 hours. The team can block suspicious access right away, review your login history, and help you securely reset your credentials. After that, we recommend setting a password that's unique to 899bet and making sure the email address on your account also has a strong, unique password, since account recovery goes through it.

For security, the 899bet temporarily locks access after several consecutive incorrect password attempts. The lock lifts automatically after a few minutes. If you'd like to unlock sooner or the account remains locked, contact support via live chat — the team will verify your identity and restore access quickly. Take the opportunity to reset your password after unlocking to prevent the issue from recurring.

Responsible Gambling

To set a deposit limit, log in to your account at 899bet → Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap. The limit takes effect immediately upon saving. To lower a limit, the change is also immediate. To increase an existing limit, a mandatory waiting period applies — this asymmetry is intentional to support self-control. Learn more on our Responsible Gambling.

Go to Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Choose the desired period — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months — and confirm. Access is suspended immediately and cannot be reversed before the period ends. This restriction is intentional: the effectiveness of self-exclusion depends precisely on it not being reversible in a moment of impulse. For permanent self-exclusion, contact support via live chat or email.

No. 899bet has zero tolerance for access by users under 18. All users confirm they are of legal age at registration, and document verification may be requested at any time. If you suspect a minor is using the platform, contact suporte@899bet.world immediately — the account will be suspended and the case investigated as a priority.
